This website is operated by Montana Laser and Medical Center, PLLC, doing business as Kalispell TRT, a telehealth hormone therapy and peptide practice based in Kalispell, Montana. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

3. Who we can treat

Our services are for adults 18 and older. Because we practice telehealth under Montana licensure, we treat patients who are located in Montana. Whether a particular therapy is appropriate for you is a clinical decision your provider makes after evaluating you — booking a consultation is not a guarantee that you will be prescribed any specific treatment.

4. Services & pricing

Service descriptions and prices shown on this site are current to the best of our knowledge but can change without notice, and the price quoted to you at the time of service is the price that applies. Prices listed for therapies and stacks reflect our standard programs; what you actually need may differ based on your evaluation and labs. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result.

5. Appointments & booking

Consultations are booked through our online scheduling system, which is provided by a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for that platform itself. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (406) 890-7677 as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

6. Text messaging

You can choose to receive text messages from us by texting us first, or by checking the optional consent box where one is offered. Consent to receive text messages is collected only through those optional methods and is never a condition of booking, of receiving care, or of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

7. Website chat

The chat on this site is an automated assistant that answers general questions and helps with scheduling. It is not a provider, it does not give medical advice, and it should not be used for anything urgent. A member of our team can always pick up the conversation. Don't send medical details, lab results, or medication questions through chat — save those for your consultation.

The Kalispell TRT and Montana Laser and Medical Center names, logos, photographs, and site content belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montana Laser and Medical Center, PLLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself.
