This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers kalispelltrt.com and the chat and text-message conversations that start here. Your medical records and the care you receive as a patient are handled separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices (see Health information & HIPAA below).
Who we are
Kalispell TRT is the hormone therapy and peptide practice of Montana Laser and Medical Center, PLLC, based in Kalispell, Montana and serving patients across Montana by telehealth since 2015. Our website chat, text messaging, and appointment reminders are operated with 406 Front Desk LLC, our communications provider.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Your name when you use the chat on this site, call us, or text us.
- Your phone number when you call us or text us. The chat on this site does not ask for a phone number.
- Your email address if you give it to us — the chat on this site asks for one so we can reply to you.
- The contents of your messages with us — questions, appointment requests, and similar.
- Appointment details you enter when you book a consultation through our scheduling system.
We do not collect payment or card information through this website, and we do not ask for medical history, lab results, or other health details through the website chat.
Please don't send medical details through website chat or text. These channels are for scheduling and general questions. Anything about your symptoms, medications, labs, or treatment belongs in your consultation with your provider, where it's protected as part of your medical record.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and respond to your messages.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or remind you about consultations.
- To follow up on a request you made — for example, returning a missed call by text.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you.
Text messaging
You can choose to receive text messages from us by texting us first, or by checking the optional consent box where one is offered. Consent to receive text messages is collected only through those optional methods — it is never a condition of booking, of receiving care, or of any purchase. If you decline text messages, you still receive full service; we'll simply reach you by phone or email instead.
If you do opt in, you may receive appointment-related and conversational messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with any third parties, and neither is your phone number. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information & HIPAA
Montana Laser and Medical Center, PLLC is a healthcare provider subject to HIPAA. Protected health information created in the course of your care — consultations, lab results, prescriptions, and your medical record — is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes your rights and how that information may be used and disclosed.

The information you send through this website's chat or by text before you become a patient — your name, the contact detail you gave us, and the question you asked — is contact information, not a medical record. We keep those channels free of medical detail on purpose.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The chat widget sets cookies in your browser so it can remember your conversation if you navigate between pages or come back later. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; the chat simply won't remember previous conversations.
Third-party services
A few services help us run this site and communicate with you. Each has its own privacy policy:
- 406 Front Desk LLC and the messaging platform it operates on — powers the website chat, text messaging, and appointment scheduling. Message data is processed there solely to provide the services described above.
- Netlify — hosts this website and, as with any web host, processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Data retention & security
We keep conversation history only as long as it's useful for serving you, and we limit access to the people and systems that need it to respond to you. Medical records are retained according to Montana law and professional requirements, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop them.
- Your information: call or email us to ask what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete contact information we're not required to keep.
- Chat: you're never required to use it. Calling us at (406) 890-7677 works just as well.
Adults only
Our services are for adults 18 and older. This website is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
