No provider–patient relationship

Reading this site, chatting with our assistant, or booking a consultation does not by itself create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you meet with one of our licensed providers, complete an evaluation, and are formally accepted as a patient.

Treatment is individual

Whether any therapy described here is appropriate for you is a clinical decision made by your provider after an evaluation and appropriate lab testing. Some people are not candidates for hormone or peptide therapy. Booking a consultation is not a promise that you'll be prescribed a particular treatment, and the protocols and prices shown on this site describe our standard programs — not a plan written for you.

Results vary

Any outcomes described on this site, including in patient stories or general statements about how people feel on therapy, are not guarantees. Individual results depend on your health history, labs, adherence, and factors outside anyone's control. We don't promise specific results.

Medications, risks & side effects

Testosterone and peptide therapies are prescription treatments with real benefits and real risks, including side effects. Some of the therapies we offer involve compounded medications that are not FDA-approved for every use described, and some peptides are prescribed based on clinical judgment rather than an FDA-approved labeled indication. Your provider will review the specific medication, its risks, its alternatives, and its regulatory status with you before you start, and you're encouraged to ask questions.

Don't change your care based on this site

Never disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking it, or start or stop a prescribed medication because of something you read here. If you're already under the care of another provider, talk with them before making changes.

Telehealth has limits

We practice by telehealth across Montana, which works well for hormone and peptide care built around lab work and follow-up. It is not appropriate for every condition. If something you bring to us needs in-person evaluation, imaging, or a specialist, we'll tell you and help you find the right care.
