How Much Does TRT Cost in Montana? A Straight Answer
Search "how much does TRT cost" and you'll find page after page that never answers the question. Ranges a mile wide. "Contact us for pricing." Numbers that turn out to leave out the labs, the medication or the follow-ups.
Below is what we charge and what each price includes, followed by the costs that tend to show up later, so you know what to ask any clinic you're considering.
What we charge
The consult: free. A telehealth visit where we go through your health status and work out whether hormone testing makes sense for you. No cost, no obligation. If TRT isn't right for you, you got that answer for free.
Comprehensive at-home blood tests: $99, for new patients. You get a full panel, not a lone testosterone number, because one marker on its own isn't enough to base a treatment decision on. The kit ships to your door, and there's a no-needle option, so you don't need a lab chair to get started.
Monthly subscription: $185/month. It covers what you need to be on therapy:
- Your medications, shipped to your door, which may include testosterone, SERMs (selective estrogen receptor modulators) and aromatase inhibitors
- Injection supplies
- On-demand consultations with your provider
- Follow-up bloodwork included: new tests at 3 months, then every 6 months, or more often if it's clinically necessary
No contracts. No hidden fees.

The costs other clinics leave off the page
This isn't a knock on anyone. Comparing TRT prices across clinics is hard because everyone bundles differently, and these are the questions that move the real number:
Is follow-up bloodwork included, or billed each time? TRT isn't set-and-forget. You get retested. If each round of retesting costs a few hundred dollars, two or three times a year, the math changes a lot. Ours is included.
Are the medications included, or is that a separate pharmacy bill? Some monthly fees are a membership that buys access to the provider and leaves the prescription to you. Ask specifically.
Are supplies included? Needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, a sharps container. Small items one at a time, real money over a year. Ours are included.
What does a follow-up visit cost? If every question is a billable visit, you'll ask fewer questions than you should. Ours are on-demand and included.
Is there a contract or an annual fee? Some clinics lock you into 6 or 12 months. We don't.
What's the cost to start? Enrollment fees, initiation fees, "new patient" fees. Ask what you pay before you've been treated at all.
Put those six questions to any clinic you're considering, us included. How clearly a clinic answers them tells you how it will treat you once you're a patient.
What about insurance?
We don't bill insurance, and you should know that before you start rather than after.
What we do:
- We accept HSA and FSA. You can pay for your care from a health savings or flexible spending account, and if yours asks for documentation, we can write you a letter of medical necessity.
- We can provide a superbill. If you want to submit to your insurer yourself and see whether any of it comes back, we'll give you the paperwork. We can't guarantee your plan pays it, but you won't have to chase us for the documentation.
The pricing above is what you pay directly. The number stays the same every month with the testing built in, and many men find that simpler than working an insurance claim on an ongoing therapy.
What peptide protocols cost
If you're looking at peptide therapy instead of TRT, or alongside it, pricing goes by protocol rather than one flat subscription. The stacks run from $190 to $840 a month depending on what you're doing and which form it comes in. Why we publish prices at all
Most clinics in this space don't, and we think that should worry a patient.
Hormone therapy is an ongoing relationship. You'll be with your clinic for years, retesting, adjusting, asking questions. If you can't pin the price down before you start, it won't get easier after.
Publishing it lets you decide whether this is worth it to you before you ever talk to us, and it keeps us from changing the answer depending on who's asking.
